Good to know before you buy
What exactly will I get?
Two PDF files of the same 24-page printable: one sized for US Letter (8.5×11 in) and one for A4 (210×297 mm).
How do I download my files?
Right after checkout you’re taken to a download page with a button for each PDF. Save them to your device straight away. If you have any trouble, email warmplanstudio@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we’ll send the files.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
What ages is it for?
Family mode suits ages 8 and up with grown-up help; the office mode is a 40-minute team challenge for adults. Hint cards keep it moving for every group.
Do I need padlocks or boxes?
No. All locks are paper locks: teams write each code on their Lock Sheet and show the host, who hands over the letter tile.
Has it been play-tested?
Every puzzle has been checked for one logical answer, and the answer key explains each solution. It has not yet been play-tested with a live group, so we recommend the host reads the guide and answer key before the event.
How should I print it?
Print at home or at a local print shop. Choose “Actual size” / 100% scale. Pages have white backgrounds to save ink. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer.
Can I share the files?
For personal use and for use with your own family, school, office or group. You may print as many copies as you need for your own events. Please do not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files (digital or printed) to others.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital files can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital downloads are final and refunds are not offered. But if something is wrong (a file won’t open, a page is missing, or you bought twice by mistake) please email us and we’ll make it right.
