Privacy policy

WarmPlanStudio sells printable digital downloads. We collect as little information as we can, and we never sell or rent it.

Email signups (free printables)

When you enter your email address to get a free printable, we collect your email address, the page you signed up on, and the time of signup. The form is processed and stored by our website host, Netlify (Netlify Forms), which may also use automated spam filtering.

We use your email address to give you the free printable and to send occasional emails about new printables and holiday bundles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to warmplanstudio@gmail.com. If we move our mailing list to an email-sending service in the future, your address will be transferred to that service only for sending our emails.

You can ask us to delete your email address at any time by emailing us; we’ll remove it from our signup records and mailing list.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares the information needed to deliver your order with us (such as your email address and order status) and we use it only to provide your downloads and help with any problems. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Product reviews

After you download a purchase, your thank-you page may ask for a short review. If you send one, we collect your star rating, your comment, the first name or initial you choose to give (optional), which printable it’s about, and whether you ticked “OK to show my review on the site”. The form is processed and stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms). We read reviews to improve our printables. We only ever show a review on the site if you ticked that box, and then only with the name or initial you gave. Nothing is published automatically. Your browser remembers that you’ve seen the review request for an order (local storage on your device) so it doesn’t ask again. To have a review deleted, email us.

Referral program

If you buy a printable, we may create a friend code for you in Stripe. To run the program, Stripe stores your order reference, a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email address so your own orders don’t count as referrals, and the reward codes you earn. To count a referral, we check whether an order with your code is paid, not refunded, and from an email address that hasn’t already counted. We never show you who your friends are or their email addresses, only a count. Your referral page link is private: keep it to yourself.

Website basics

Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. We don’t use advertising trackers.
