What exactly will I get?
Two PDF files of the same 14-page printable: one sized for US Letter (8.5×11 in) and one for A4 (210×297 mm).
How do I download my files?
Right after checkout you’re taken to a download page with a button for each PDF. Save them to your device straight away. If you have any trouble, email warmplanstudio@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we’ll send the files.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
How many contestants can join?
The numbers go from 1 to 40, and you can print as many ballots as you need for your voters.
Do we need to buy special sweaters?
Not at all. Any festive sweater counts, and the Best Handmade award is perfect for homemade creations.
How should I print it?
Print at home or at a local print shop. Choose “Actual size” / 100% scale. Pages have white backgrounds to save ink. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer.
Can I share the files?

What is your refund policy?
Because digital files can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital downloads are final and refunds are not offered. But if something is wrong (a file won’t open, a page is missing, or you bought twice by mistake) please email us and we’ll make it right.
